Inflation

Let’s be honest about it – inflation is real and here. It impacts everyone. Today, the media corps in Argentina are protesting. We will tell you, it isn’t easy to take a day off work. But we are shark like. The media machine in Argentina is poor, and on the edge of starving.

Inflation. Bad government policy. Worse economics.

We love Argentina. What’s more, we love Argentines. Not that it is easy. The above mentioned issues make life harder for everyone. Especially if they don’t earn offshore.

It isn’t difficult to see that the Argentine media unit is on the right side of history. People don’t want to see hyperinflation for what it is. A tax on poverty. Seriously, that is what inflation does. It taxes the poorest ones there are.

Let’s go a little further, and look at inflation from a control perspective.

Money, as such, is a public utility. Much like electricity, or water.

You may have noticed that the price of both has gone up, as the value of money has gone down. It isn’t a difficult thing to understand. The media pros in Argentina are seeing what happens when the government has no one to answer to, at least not yet.

Backhanded Compliments

The simple fact is that people are easily deceived by numbers. If you are are slick, you will understand that money, in the way we know it, is a call option on social resources. If you aren’t slick, let’s talk about options.

An option, in the financial markets, gives you the right, but not the obligation, to buy a given security, at a given price, at given date. Much like the grocery store. The price of an orange is how you exercise your ‘money’ call option in a very real sense. Shampoo too.

The reason why the value of money is falling is poor leadership. Power hungry @**holes.

They were good at taking power, but much like a stupid person with a big gun, they haven’t the faintest idea what it took to make the weapon, and what it is capable of doing in the real world.

If you are intelligent, you need to understand that action is needed. We need to come together.

We are telling you – take responsibility, and forget about fear. It won’t help you, and it never did. No one is coming to save us, we are going to have to dig ourselves out of this one.

We already have all the shovels we need!
