In the world of blockchain, knowledge is always a critical factor in the outcome of success. That’s why providing educational resources is a must. Binance, the world’s leading digital exchange has embraced the concept of education by offering courses, quizzes and video modules to help further people’s grasp of the world of crypto.
Learn and Earn
Binance has rolled out its very first course, which is built for beginners and takes them through the fundamentals of blockchain technology and the crypto field. In this course, the user will work through 6 video lessons, with a quiz to complete each lesson and with the extra incentive of earning NFT certificates as proof of learning.
The NFT is a certificate that proves you have completed a study track at Binance Academy. There will be different NFT collections for each study path, and each collection will feature multiple, randomly distributed designs.
Binance Academy will release beginner courses first, with intermediate and expert courses to follow. Visitors of Binance are encouraged to keep track of upcoming courses by following Binace on social media.
Those interested in learning about this field can take the Binance Academy courses by visiting the homepage and clicking “courses” or by visiting the courses’ page directly. The first course on Binance Academy, ‘Blockchain Fundamentals’ is available in English and more languages will be added at a later date.
According to Binance co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer He Yi,
“Blockchain industry is still at its early stage. Many new concepts such as NFT and metaverse are coined. We believe that creators and builders shape our industry’s future. Therefore, empowering more creators and builders with knowledge is key. Binance, the industry leader, bears great responsibility for education and we will continue to push innovation through education.”
Education First
Binance is investing heavily into its education initiative which will include learn and Earn programs, a University Outreach program and multimedia content. So far the educational materials have been viewed millions of times, which makes this one of the most well visited and read educational hubs inside the arena. Meanwhile, 70 top universities including Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the University of Oxford have taken part in the University Outreach Program.
