The program is designed to empower and support the new pioneers of cryptocurrencies, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel and innovate in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency ecosystem.
The Bitget COO Internship will debut in Europe, offering participants the exceptional opportunity to study in depth the Web3 space. Under the guidance of top Bitget executives, including COO Vugar Usi Zade, interns will receive hands-on training and valuable advice. The program allows participants to acquire in-depth knowledge and skills through access to a platform, and they will be able to contribute significantly to the evolution of the Web3 world. Additionally, they will gain valuable experience working within an international corporate environment in a full remote mode.
As part of the Blockchain4Youth initiative, the program is aimed at ambitious young people who are passionate about Web3 and blockchain technology, eager to learn and develop their skills, and able to work collaboratively in a highly dynamic environment. The top three selected apprentices will receive an exclusive and fully funded trip to Dubai.

$10 million for the next 5 years.
