As of 9 September 2024 at 04:00 UTC, POL (Polygon) – the newly introduced Polygon ecosystem token replacing MATIC – is live on BitMEX for users to deposit, buy, and trade the POL token via our Spot market.
As of 9 September at 04:00 UTC, you will be able to deposit and trade POL here. The convert function for the token will be available in the coming weeks, and users will be notified via our site announcements once live.
This listing comes as part of the transition of BitMEX’s support of POL on the Polygon Network. Users who have yet to withdraw their MATIC (ERC-20) tokens on BitMEX are strongly encouraged to do so as soon as possible. About POL on BitMEX
The addition of POL on BitMEX means users will soon be able to:
- Trade POL/USDT on BitMEX Spot via the open order book here.
- Convert Tether into POL (and vice versa) with no fees nor any need to worry about slippage.
- Deposit and HODL POL in their BitMEX Wallet.
- Note: There will be a minimum deposit requirement of 10 POL.
