Primer
FITCHIN is a Web3 esports community platform that has rapidly emerged as a hub for Spanish-speaking gamers, creators, and fans. Founded in 2022 by former football star Sergio “Kun” Agüero, FITCHIN combines the social and competitive dynamics of gaming with the economic and ownership potential offered by blockchain technology. Its mission is to provide gaming communities with advanced connectivity, competition, and tokenization tools, effectively bridging the gap between Web2 gaming and Web3.
FITCHIN’s flagship product, the Clans Arena, enables the tokenization of gaming communities and engages users through an Own-to-Earn model in competitive tournaments. These events drive engagement while simultaneously increasing liquidity and visibility for Clan-specific tokens. The Clans Arena is supported by a broader ecosystem that includes community hubs, tournament infrastructure, and digital identity avatars powered by THE HUB. Central to this ecosystem is the CHIN token, which facilitates participation and rewards.
Since its launch, FITCHIN has seen organic growth across Latin America (LATAM). It has amassed over 200,000 registered users (each with a non-custodial Solana wallet) and has hosted over 500 online tournaments with more than 200,000 participants. Leveraging significant user traction in LATAM and strategic partnerships across esports organizations, influencers, and blockchain protocols, FITCHIN is well-positioned to capitalize on the expanding interest in entertainment, digital ownership, and competitive gaming.

Token Utility
The CHIN token functions as the economic backbone of the FITCHIN ecosystem, facilitating engagement, incentivizing participation, and enabling value transfer across the platform’s various components. Its primary utilities include:
- Transactions: CHIN serves as the primary medium of exchange for platform interactions, including entering tournaments, paying for marketplace items, and accessing features.
- Clans Arena Tokenization: A central use case for CHIN is within the Clans Arena, a competitive environment leveraging Clan-specific tokens and liquidity-driven tournaments:
- Clan Token Issuance: Clan leaders use CHIN to mint Clan-specific tokens, allowing fans and supporters to engage directly with Clans by acquiring these tokens.
- Token Purchase and Demand: Fans must acquire CHIN tokens to purchase Clan tokens, establishing demand and driving liquidity into CHIN/Clan token liquidity pools.
- Battle Pass Arcade: Users can lock CHIN tokens to access the Battle Pass and participate in the Arcade, a gamified staking system featuring:
- Quests and exclusive rewards are delivered via NFT airdrops and loot boxes.
- Access to VIP events and participation in lottery games with reward multipliers.
- Increased probability of rewards proportional to CHIN staked.
- Transparent reward allocation powered by Chainlink’s Verifiable Random Function (VRF).

FITCHIN is also raising $300,000 from angel investors and OGs, structured as a SAFT with 25.00% unlocking at TGE.
Clans Arena

Launching on May 15, 2025, Clans Arena is a tokenized entertainment ecosystem enabling gaming communities (Clans) to create their own token and compete for prize pools that enhance its liquidity. Using FITCHIN’s “Own-to-Earn” model, Clans Arena converts tournament winnings into real value for Clan Leaders and Members, supporting long-term growth, increased visibility, and community engagement. Its tiered tournament system helps Clans progress from grassroots competitors to established contenders, rewarding active communities along the way.
Clan Roles
Clan Leader
Clan Leaders create their Clan’s unique identity, establish its token economy, and guide members in tournaments to earn liquidity. They oversee treasury management, devise competitive strategies, and foster community engagement while earning fees, prize allocations, and sponsorships.
Clan Member
Clan Members find and join a Clan by acquiring its token, then help influence it through discussion, voting, and strategy. Members earn tournament tickets through participation and benefit from the Clan’s victories, boosting their collective impact and the value of their tokens.
Clan Formation and Tokenization
In order to create a Clan, prospective Clan Leaders must define their team’s identity (name, logo, and ticker) and rally an initial base of supporters. The Clan then launches its own Clan Token via FITCHIN’s platform. The token launch functions like a mini crowdfunding round using FITCHIN’s bespoke launchpad powered by CHIN. The entire lifecycle of a Clan’s token is broken into three phases:
Phase 1 – Clan Formation
In this initial phase, the Clan Leader establishes the Clan’s identity, creates the token, and conducts an initial token sale to fund the Clan’s operations (allocating capital for entry fees and initial liquidity). All proceeds from this token sale are in CHIN, directly linking the Clan to FITCHIN’s token economy.
Phase 2 – Clan Ascension
Once the Formation phase is complete (the initial token batch sold out or the funding goal is met), the Clan enters Ascension. At this point, the initial CHIN raised is split into two parts:
- Treasury Assets: 50.00% of the raise is allocated to the Clan’s treasury as initial assets for competition. FITCHIN provides the Clan with a lootbox of resources (i.e., tournament tickets, an AI agent to automate gameplay, and a game-specific NFT related to the AI agent’s training).
- Liquidity Pools: The remaining 50.00% of the raise is deposited into a Meteora Launch Pool as liquidity for the Clan’s token. The liquidity pools use CHIN from the initial token sale in Phase 1 as a floor price, splitting tokens into progressively higher “bins” that fill through community buys and automatic purchases from tournament winnings. Each filled bin pushes the token price higher, generates a transaction fee shared with the Clan, and grows the Clan’s treasury over time.
Phase 3 – Clan Master
Once approximately 80.00% of tokens are distributed via the launch pool and sufficient liquidity is gathered, the token transitions to a standard double-sided liquidity pool for open trading, with continued impact from tournament winnings.
Tournaments
Clans Arena hosts tournaments where Clans compete in various game formats, primarily focusing on Web3 games. Clans enter using tournament tickets earned through activities, victories, or purchases. These tickets fund prize pools, supplemented by sponsors and FITCHIN. Winning tournaments increases a Clan’s token liquidity and provides additional rewards like tickets and digital assets. Matches are live-streamed for entertainment and exposure. The competition is structured in tiers, with the top tournaments leading up to the “Ultimate Liquidity Deathmatch.”
CHIN Flywheel
Together, the Clans Arena and CHIN token establish a self-reinforcing ecosystem designed to align incentives across players, clans, and the broader gaming community. CHIN serves as the foundational currency for clan token purchases, tournament entries, and liquidity provisioning, embedding it into each phase of a clan’s lifecycle, from formation to competitive play. When fans acquire Clan Tokens using CHIN, the resulting liquidity is split between clan treasuries and onchain liquidity pools, supporting both operational growth and token price discovery. As more CHIN flows into these mechanisms, tournament prize pools increase, gameplay becomes more competitive, and the ecosystem attracts greater participation from teams, players, and game partners. This cyclical structure transforms player engagement, fandom, and coordination into measurable economic activity, anchoring CHIN as the medium through which value circulates within FITCHIN’s gaming economy.
Closing Summary
FITCHIN is redefining the esports landscape for Spanish-speaking audiences by seamlessly integrating blockchain-enabled tokenization with competitive gaming. By leveraging its robust tournament platform, active community hubs, and the utility of the CHIN token, FITCHIN is expanding beyond traditional esports to create a decentralized ecosystem where engagement and digital ownership converge. With over 200,000 verified users, more than 500 tournaments, and significant social media reach, FITCHIN has built a solid foundation in the LATAM market. The CHIN Token Generation Event and the upcoming launch of Clans Arena further reinforce its strategy to deepen token utility and empower gaming communities through decentralized Clan economies.
